Accommodation was tasteful and sympathetically restored to a high standard with all the mod cons needed for comfortable stay.
Located in a beautiful quiet spot, a walk is needed to appreciate the beautiful scenery close by, but a car is need for further a field…

Super little character property in a lovely location. A dog walkers haven, my two had the most amazing time. Easy collection of keys and no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend

Fab cottage in a peaceful location, handy to all the beautiful parts of Somerset and some gorgeous walks from the cottage. Absolutely perfect break for us and the dogs. Thank you so much 😊

We had a lovely time in Simonsbath at the cottage. Its a good and comfortable base to then explore the local areas – and further a field – but you will need a car!
The cottage is lovely and was the perfect place for us to relax and is very cool inside (very much appreciated as we stayed during the heatwave). There is free parking right outside the door and it is right opposite a very nice pub. There are country walks on the door step which have lovely views. We also took the opportunity to explore neighbouring villages as well as a drive to the coast – Lynton and Lymouth are about 25 mins drive and a beautiful sandy beach at Woolacombe is a 40min drive (there are other options closer but this is just what we decided to do).
We were two couples aged between 30 – 40 (and a dog) who really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

We were lucky to find this gem of a cottage and be the first ones to use it .
The middle cottage where we stayed has been decorated to the highest standard and was immaculately clean .
The beds were super comfortable. The second bedroom was not as large as the master but it was fine.
The kitchen was modern and well stocked . The host left tea coffee and milk for our arrival – which was nice
The location is rural and beautiful with nearby walks, but you do need your own car to get about .
Jessica and her team were very welcoming and we had some great food and fine wine in the pub across the road
We ended our break rested and very happy.
